Sun, suitcases and then some
Hej igen!
I have now less than three weeks left in Copenhagen. I started packing today and everytime I come to my room it feels like my suitcases are staring at me, saying: it's time to go home!!
I don't like this. I actually hate packing. Unless it's to go to an exotic destination like Denmark.
But I have to be out of my room by Monday, so I don't really have a choice.
The last few days have been great. He had a wild thunderstorm and a lot of sun. Did I tell you how the sky actually never gets completly dark at night? It's always light blue until the sun rises again around 3am. And I think this is great. Being up north in the summertime is something everyone should experience. The only downside is that I don't get a lot of sleep, but then again I figured I could sleep when I get home.
So, lately I've been going out a lot with friends for drinks in the parc, cocktails at our favourite bar, World Cup's games in pubs and bike rides at night.
Copenhagen has won my heart. I love how we are so free here and how safe the city feels even in "sketchy" neighbourshoods at 5am.
I don't have much to tell you this week, except that I'm trying to make the most of my time left in my lovely city. Ja, København, du er min. (Yes, Copenhagen, you are mine.)
